Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Collaborates
with the management to develop, recommend and implement corporate-wide HR
process including performance management, employee development, organizational
development, internship, recognition, and compensation.

Collaborates
with recruitment to anticipate, facilitate and participate in staffing within
business units.

Conducts
needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee
performance & engagement
-
Employee
relations and regulatory compliance.
-
Manager
training, coaching and development.
-
Employee
orientation, development, training.
-
Employee
communications and team/morale building initiatives
-
Compensation and benefits administration.
Requirement/Skills:
-
Significant
business acumen and experience building and implementing innovative, creative
programs from the ground up for a rapidly growing company.

Broad
knowledge and experience in compensation, benefits, organizational planning,
organization development, process and policy development, employee relations, and
training and development.
-
Ability
to juggle multiple projects across multiple areas of the company.

Deep
understanding of federal and state employment laws.
-
Demonstrated
ability to partner with the management team to provide organizational
leadership and direction.

Well-developed
team building and influencing skills, unquestioned integrity, and the
experience and confidence, to effectively address sensitive HR issues.
Basic
Qualification:
-
Minimum
of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-
Minimum
of 5 Years of experience in HR Management
-
Fluent
in Korean & English required
Preferred Qualification:
-
7+
years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources
position.

Fluent
in Spanish preferred.
-
Well-developed
problem analysis and resolution skills, with ability to exercise judgment in selecting
methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
