Job Title:                   Human Resources Manager
Location:                   Buena Park, CA
Reports to:                CFO
 
Key Duties/Responsibilities:

-       Collaborates with the management to develop, recommend and implement corporate-wide HR process including performance management, employee development, organizational development, internship, recognition, and compensation.
-       Collaborates with recruitment to anticipate, facilitate and participate in staffing within business units.
-       Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee performance & engagement
-       Employee relations and regulatory compliance.
-       Manager training, coaching and development.
-       Employee orientation, development, training.
-       Employee communications and team/morale building initiatives
-        Compensation and benefits administration.
Requirement/Skills:
-       Significant business acumen and experience building and implementing innovative, creative programs from the ground up for a rapidly growing company.
-       Broad knowledge and experience in compensation, benefits, organizational planning, organization development, process and policy development, employee relations, and training and development.
-       Ability to juggle multiple projects across multiple areas of the company.
-       Deep understanding of federal and state employment laws.
-       Demonstrated ability to partner with the management team to provide organizational leadership and direction.
-       Well-developed team building and influencing skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience and confidence, to effectively address sensitive HR issues.

Basic Qualification:
-       Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-       Minimum of 5 Years of experience in HR Management
-       Fluent in Korean & English required   
Preferred Qualification:                                                                                                                    
-       7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources position.
-       Fluent in Spanish preferred.                                                                                                                                          
-       Well-developed problem analysis and resolution skills, with ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
